Miami Beach Fire on the Fourth Festival

The City of Miami Beach's Fire on the Fourth celebration returns this July 4th in honor of the nation's 247th birthday. Festivities kick off at 3:00 PM on Tuesday, July 4, at 73rd Street and Collins Avenue with a lineup of activities for all ages, food trucks and activations in and around Miami Beach Bandshell. This year’s event includes a family zone from 3:00 to 7:30 PM featuring a climbing wall, mega obstacle course, giant soccer dart game and an imagination playground with Jenga, Connect 4 and cornhole.
From 3:00 to 9:00 PM, the Bandshell will be transformed into an outdoor roller disco featuring sounds by Bandshell DJ Allstars. Starting at 5:00 PM, a lineup of DJs along with The Miami Beats led by Jacin Paul will take to the stage to keep the vibe going. Festivities will culminate with a beachfront drone and fireworks display at 9:00 PM
Fireworks, Styrofoam, drones, glass containers and alcoholic beverages are prohibited. The city encourages all attendees to do their part with recycling to #KeepMBClean.
For transportation options to and from the event, a free, dedicated shuttle service will operate from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. between the 42 Street garage (stop located along southbound Sheridan Avenue north of 41 Street) and Miami Beach Bandshell (stop located at Collins Avenue south of 73 Street). The shuttle departs approximately every 15 minutes. Besides the shuttle service, attendees can use the free citywide trolley from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Service frequency for the trolleys is approximately every 20 minutes.
